Quick answers to the questions runners ask us most.

How do I register for an event?
Find an event marked Registration open in the lineup and tap it. Fill in the form, choose your category and shirt size, then pay online to confirm your slot.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with GCash, Maya, or a debit/credit card. Payments are processed securely through PayMongo.
How do I know my registration went through?
Once your payment is confirmed, we email you a confirmation with your registration ID, race details, and payment details. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
I lost my confirmation email. What now?
Open your event's Find my registration page, enter the email and last name you registered with, and have the confirmation sent again:

When and where do I claim my race kit?
Race kit claiming schedules are announced per event on our Facebook page, and the details are in your confirmation email.
An event says "Coming soon". Can I sign up yet?
Not yet. Coming-soon events open for registration closer to race day. Check back here; the card switches to Registration open as soon as slots are available.
